NIA turns over 11 irrigation projects to Irrigators’ Associations in Benguet

Gen Ricardo R Visaya (Ret), NIA Administrator, urges the various Irrigators’ Associations in Benguet to strengthen their leadership, cooperation, and to work together for the betterment of irrigation systems in the province during the Mass Turnover of Irrigation Projects in Benguet at NIA-CAR grounds in Wangal, La Trinidad, Benguet on November 20.
