Such were the usual sights when passing through the challenging roads of the Cordillera, especially along the 150-kilometre stretch of the Halsema Highway, traversing twelve municipalities of Benguet and Mountain Province.

PICE NIA Subchapter visits irrigation project in Benguet
The Philippine Institution of Civil Engineers (PICE) Quezon City Chapter-NIA Subchapter officers headed by Gertrudes Viado, PICE President and members of the Board of Directors visited the Bayabas Communal Irrigation System (CIS) located in Bayabas, Sablan, Benguet on April 5, 2019.
The activity is part of PICE’s 2019 Annual Directional Meeting with the objective of attaining professional excellence among its members.
