NIA turns over five irrigation systems to Irrigators Associations in Ifugao

Tinoc, Ifugao—Five irrigation systems in this municipality will now be operated and maintained by organized Irrigators’ Associations (IAs) after the NIA turned over these systems to them in a simple ceremony on August 12, 2021 at the Municipal Gymnasium in Poblacion, Tinoc, Ifugao.
