
LA TRINIDAD, BENGUET – Banana chips, kimchi, strawberry preserves, and muscovado are just some of the processed products of the Irrigators’ Associations brought for sale during the livelihood training assessment currently being conducted at the NIA Farmers Training Center in Brgy. Wangal today, October 9, 2025.
The livelihood trainings for the irrigators in the six provinces of CAR conducted last year and in the previous months are convergence programs of the NIA with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA), DTI, and other learning providers.
“These trainings are more than just capacity-building activities; they are investments in people, in communities, and in our shared future.
